PURCHASES IN REAIS: Purchases made through Azul’s website and the "mobile application” (via smartphones and tablets) are exempt from the issuance/convenience fee. This issuance/convenience fee is charged on purchases made at airport counters, physical stores, and through the company’s call center. Airports and physical stores: On domestic flights, the amount charged is of R$ 75.00 for purchases with a total value up to R$ 500.00 or 10% of the amount of the fare when it exceeds R$ 500.00. On international flights, the convenience fee is of 7% of the amount of the fare paid. Call Center (+55 11 4003-1118): The amount charged starts at R$ 75.00 (seventy-five reais) per passenger and per trip leg on domestic flights, and at R$ 160.00 (one hundred and sixty reais) per passenger and per trip leg on international flights.
